Summer, Autumn, Winter and beyond.... 2004
So, May 2004, a lovely warm bank holiday weekend and the turning point when the Beaven's seized the opportunity to truely take over. During the weekend all of the signage and internal posters and paperwork suddenly changed to reflect their new company name.

During the next few months the Wright's pursued every avenue of investigation, Trading Standards, DTI, Companies House, the Police, a variety of Solicitors, etc. The results were mixed and varied but mostly of the same vane, that nothing could be done:

On October 16, 2004 following repeated visits to HSBC bank by the Wright's, the loan was called in. Payments to cover the loan had ceased at the beginning of the year and £200 per month interest was being added. During one of the visits the Wright's discovered a) the business manager had moved on, b) the Beaven's had set up another account under the new business name at the same branch, authorised by the business manager!
TRADING STANDARDS - no infringment of descriptions has occurred, no action can be taken
DTI - no action can or will be taken, mainly because TMAC is still unliquidated. If it were, the situation may warrant an investigation, but this is unlikely.
COMPANIES HOUSE - have no powers of investigation or prosecution.
POLICE - while there may be a case for fraudulent activities it is more than likely not to be pursued because of the public interest due to the small amounts involved.
SOLICITOR - if a fee of £3,500 to £5,000 is available it may be possible to pursue a private case against the Beaven's. Winning the case does not mean that they will pay up.
