The agreed list.... in theory!
A list of things acceptable to the Wright's was drawn up by Andy and handed to Helen and Nick during the week of the 16th February 2004.
The main items included:
Release from the liability of the HSBC loan - in effect the Beaven's would have sole responsibilty for it, and the repaying of £20k and overdraft.
A sum of money, that eventually became £1,700 - this constituted the cash element put into the business by the Soyoukan Karate Club.
Half the total number of mats, namely 25 - these mats were worth around £2,000
All items previously supplied by the Wrights - namely, the computer equipment, assorted punch bags, fridge, sundry items, etc.
No comeback for the ongoing litigation with the shop fitters dispute

All in all, quite a reasonable and cheap agreement to take over the whole business. The problems started a long time later because the agreement had not been signed by anyone. In fact, the Beaven's maintain they never agreed to the list of items, yet during the period of March and April, allowed and even assisted the Wright's to remove items of equipment on the agreed list!
After a visit by the Wright's to remove some of the items (which included punch bags) the Beaven's changed the door locks. When asked for a key by Andy, Helen said "no, tough luck".
